Wasatch Homes offers a one-year limited warranty. We offer three warranty service visits at 30 days, 6 months and 1 year from the time of closing.
You can start creating your Warranty Request List at any time. At 30 days after your Closing Date, we will take care of any warranty items on your list. Then you can start a new list, and at 6 months after closing, we will take care of that list, and once again 1 year after closing.
